Job Description

At Lifestyle Sports, we’re more than just a retail store — we’re your hometown hub for sports gear, apparel, workwear, custom services, and community. Our customers are athletes, workers, parents, and fans. We outfit them with the gear they need and the brands they trust. Whether it's cleats for game day, scrubs for a night shift, or embroidered jackets for a team, we're here to support every lifestyle — with expert advice and a real passion for what we sell. We’re in the middle of something big. With new leadership on board and a growing digital presence, we’re building a stronger brand identity, expanding our online voice, and bringing more value to our customers across all platforms. That’s where you come in.

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and collaborative  Content Creator & Digital Marketing Associate to join our team and help shape the voice of Lifestyle Sports. You’ll report directly to the Director of E-commerce and Marketing and play a key role in content development, digital storytelling, and brand growth across our website, email, and social media platforms. This isn’t just a posting-and-commenting gig. We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes content — someone who understands how to speak to athletes, workers, and everyday shoppers through clever, engaging, and informative digital media. Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage engaging video, photo, and graphic content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, etc.)
  • Follow and contribute to a content calendar that aligns with our marketing initiatives, promotions, and product launches
  • Work closely with store team members to gather insights and product knowledge — become the expert in what we sell and why it matters
  • Build and grow our brand identity across platforms through consistent tone, visuals, and messaging
  • Contribute to the development of social ad campaigns and influencer collaborations
  • Edit short-form videos using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or After Effects
  • Design social graphics using Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop
  • Use Meta Business Suite to schedule and optimize posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments/messages
  • Track and report on performance using Google Analytics and other tools to inform strategy
  • Join weekly marketing meetings and collaborate cross-functionally to brainstorm ideas and improve campaigns

What We’re Looking For

  • A portfolio showcasing original content work (graphics, social posts, videos, reels, etc.)
  • 1+ year experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management
  • Experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of SEO and basic marketing analytics
  • Excellent writing, communication, and visual storytelling skills
  • Some sports knowledge preferred — bonus if you know the difference between a USSSA and BBCOR bat or why lacrosse players love a certain mesh
  • Retail or e-commerce experience is a big plus
  • A self-starter with strong time management skills who thrives in a collaborative team environment
  • No formal degree required — we value skill, creativity, and hustle over diplomas

Why Join Us?

At Lifestyle Sports, your content won’t get lost in a sea of corporate red tape. Your work will make a real impact — online and in-store. You’ll have the chance to shape the voice of a growing brand, connect with real customers, and grow alongside a team that’s passionate about sports, retail, and digital innovation.
