Job Description
U.S. Clerkships & Internships is seeking a professional and reliable Executive Family Support Specialist to provide high-quality childcare and home education support to an executive family in Houston, Texas.
The specialist will care for one to two children in a private household, supporting their safety, well-being, and academic development, while enabling executive parents to focus on their professional responsibilities.
This position offers 32–40 hours per week with overtime eligibility and a productivity bonus every 6 months.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide daily childcare, including meals, hygiene, supervision, and recreational activities.
• Develop and deliver a structured home learning curriculum aligned with the children’s age and needs.
• Safely transport children to school, extracurricular activities, and appointments (valid driver’s license required).
• Organize educational, cultural, and recreational activities in English and Spanish.
• Offer flexibility for evenings, weekends, and travel.
• Accompany the family on domestic and international trips when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
• Proactively assist with children’s schedules and routines.

Requirements
• Professional experience in childcare, tutoring, or education.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Ability to travel nationally and internationally.
• Flexible schedule and adaptability.
• Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and organization.
• Must pass a comprehensive background check.

• Degree in Education, Child Development, Psychology, or related field.
• CPR/First Aid certification.
• Previous experience as a nanny, governess, or private tutor.
