The Role

The Manager, I&I Partners is a trusted, strategic advisor to both the client and AMS stakeholders. Working in partnership with the I&I and client account teams and the AMS I&I Hub, the Manager, I&I Partners is responsible for communicating and translating requests and analysis from key stakeholders whilst developing a deep understanding of the client strategy. I&I Partners are client-facing, individual contributors as strategic partners to the CSTs, BOMs, Administration & Sourcing

COEs, and client with dual sectors/personas and geographic specialisms. The Manager, I&I Partners will communicate and translate requests, research, and analysis products to key stakeholders for MBRs, QBRs, or other strategic, growth, or sales interactions. The Manager, I&I Partners will partner with a portfolio of clients that are emerging in their data usage and application, with several data inputs and data outputs across multiple service lines and/or multiple systems.

SERVICE INNOVATION / EVOLUTION

  • • Client I&I Roundtables - lead and own agenda of regular client and AMS
  • stakeholder roundtables with AMS Data Club members to discuss industry and
  • market trends, informing client specific research agenda from I&I team • Driving Impactful Results - key contributor from I&I to collaborate with AMS client account teams to demonstrate value to AMS (i.e., increased data-driven decision
  • making, impactful insights actions, improved report utilization) and Clients (i.e.,
  • through enhanced effectiveness of hiring outcomes)
  • • Optimize Service Delivery - works in partnership with I&I Implementation &
  • Regional Hub AMS Operations and Client Services, to design, build and drive
  • initiatives to optimize service delivery in line with client contractual requirements
  • • Connectivity to Global Research Agenda - access point to global research agenda
  • via the Research Lab to present key findings relevant to client account team

OPERATIONS

  • • Objective Defining & Request Management - clear translation of client and business
  • goals, priorities and requests into tangible objectives with clear ownership and
  • expectations for I&I hub teams to action
  • • Data Activity Prioritization - determine the most critical projects to focus on based
  • on their potential impact and urgency to completion, across client, Sourcing,
  • Administration, CWS and Attraction
  • • Data Governance Accountability - collaborate with Data Strategy team to deploy
  • and foster a culture of consistent quality, compliant and impactful standards in
  • operational delivery across the appropriate I&I Hub teams
  • • Escalation Management & Resolution - key point of contact for all I&I Hub teams
  • for efficient escalation or problem solutioning related to client account team
  • delivery, collaborating with I&I leadership teams where appropriate, coordinating
  • necessary support and key communicator of updates with key client stakeholder

Key Accountabilities

  • SERVICE INNOVATION / EVOLUTION
  • • Client I&I Roundtables & Research Agenda Link - promote Research Lab
  • publications to key stakeholders to align with account team strategy, increasing I&I
  • translation, confidence and driving actionable outcomes
  • • AMS Connectivity for Commercial Outcomes - connect client account teams with
  • key stakeholders and deploy I&I services to provide targeted solutions for client
  • team challenges
  • • Business Case Creation & Implementation - responsible for writing business cases,
  • gathering client buy-in and driving outcomes to address challenges

CLIENT / STAKEHOLDERS

  • • Relationship Management - works in partnership with Implementation, Operations
  • and Client Services, to design, build and drive initiatives to deliver and optimize
  • service delivery in line with client contractual requirements
  • • Hyper-care Implementation Support - collaborate with Implementation team to
  • have visibility over all data and insights related decisions, client contractual
  • requirements, data inventory, and oversee transfer of knowledge to I&I Hub team.
  • Own and lead all client facing post implementation hyper-care support to set up
  • new clients with I&I services and support
  • • Client Account Team Engagement with I&I - ensuring regular communication and
  • networking with key internal stakeholders on client account teams to promote I&I
  • services, manage requests and aid prioritization objective setting

Skills & Experience

FINANCIAL / COMMERCIAL

• Sales and Growth – support sales and growth on existing client portfolios,

identifying opportunities for I&I growth aligned with I&I vision and overall research

agenda and strategy

• Client QBR & MBR Content Delivery - provide input to MBR and QBR content

production in partnership with Performance Management (BOMs) to curate key

messaging and present overviews to key client and AMS stakeholders – this will

differ depending on the size, complexity and global presence of the client
