Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Titan Placement Group invites you to explore an opportunity in Pensacola, Florida.

This coastal city combines southern charm with a vibrant downtown, award-winning beaches, and a high quality of life. This clinic is looking for a self-motivated provider to be the lead clinician at a key location.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary range: $90,000–$110,000 depending on experience
• Eligible for federal loan repayment programs
• Productivity bonuses up to $900 quarterly
• Sign-on and relocation bonuses (negotiable)
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance (up to 90% employer-paid)
• 17 PTO days accrued annually + 10 paid holidays
• CME allowance: $2,500 + 5 days off
• 401(k) with 3% employer match (vests after 3 years)

• Part-time schedule eligible (minimum 30 hours/week)

Responsibilities

• Primary care for all ages in an outpatient walk-in setting
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (last appointment at 4)
• See 18–20 patients per day (15–20 minute appointments)
• Support available but you’ll be the sole provider at the site
• 40 minutes of admin time built into schedule
• Answering service and nurse line handle after-hours care
• EMR: eClinicalWorks (ECW)

Requirements

• Florida-licensed Nurse Practitioner with autonomous practice authority
• Experience in primary care
• Comfortable being the only provider at the clinic
