Key Responsibilities:
* Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, and briefs
* Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for case preparation
* Organize and maintain legal files and documents
* Coordinate case filings, court schedules, and deadlines
* Draft correspondence and communicate with clients, courts, and third parties
* Maintain and update case management systems and databases
* Support the legal team in trial preparation and administrative tasks
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree or certification in Paralegal Studies or a related field
* Minimum of 1 year of paralegal or legal assistant experience
* Strong understanding of legal terminology, court procedures, and documentation
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
* Proficiency in MS Office and legal management software (e.g., Clio, MyCase, etc.)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
