Job Description

We’re working with a leading manufacturer in the building materials space to help them hire a Quality Assurance Manager to lead quality strategy and system compliance across three manufacturing plants.

This is a high-impact role with strong backing from leadership, perfect for someone who’s implemented or elevated Quality Management Systems in manufacturing and can combine structure with a hands-on, collaborative approach.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with corporate standards.
• Drive root cause analysis, structured problem solving, and creation of documented standards.
• Partner with plant leadership to coach quality technicians and embed best practices on the floor.
• Support the launch of a new web-based QA/QC platform and leverage analytics for improvement.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, ideally applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Act as the key point of contact for quality issues, ensuring timely resolution and effective preventive actions.

Who You Are

• Experienced QA leader or senior specialist from manufacturing (pharma, food & beverage, automotive, plastics, cosmetics, etc.).
• Skilled in QMS compliance, root cause analysis, and structured process improvement.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or above with a quality focus.
• Strong communicator who can influence without formal authority and build trust quickly.
• Hands-on, data-driven, and capable of working closely with operations teams.
• Comfortable with ~40% travel.
