Real Estate Market Analyst Location Washington, DC (Foggy Bottom area) :

Job Summary: We are seeking a talented Real Estate Market Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a keen analytical mind and a deep understanding of the real estate industry. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing market data, identifying trends, and providing valuable insights to support decision-making processes within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze data on real estate market trends, including property sales, rental rates, vacancy rates, and demographic factors.
  • Monitor economic indicators and governmental policies that may impact the real estate market.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and market research for potential real estate projects.
  • Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as development, finance, and marketing, to support strategic initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry news and best practices in real estate market analysis.
  • Assist in the development of investment strategies and risk assessments.
  • Provide support for ad-hoc projects and requests related to real estate market analysis.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in real estate market analysis, preferably in commercial real estate.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software applications.
  • Knowledge of geographic information systems (GIS) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for real estate and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
