  • Operational Excellence : Maintain code quality, compliance, and performance in a secure, multi-tenant cloud environment.
  • Continuous Innovation : Stay on the leading edge of AI, regulatory frameworks, and technology to drive ongoing platform evolution.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Minimum Requirements

  • 3+ years leading data science or analytics teams.
  • 7+ years working with large-scale biopharma datasets, especially Commercial or Market Access data.
  • Expertise in machine learning (e.g., regression, NLP, time series, classification) and statistical analysis.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and SQL; experience with Snowflake and Snowpark.
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL design, and orchestration frameworks.
  • Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in AWS cloud environments.
  • Familiarity with specialty pharmacy workflows or reimbursement operations.
  • Knowledge of data privacy and compliance (HIPAA, GDPR, SOC, HITRUST).
  • Experience building agentic or autonomous AI systems.

Why Consider This Role

  • Mission-Driven Work : Use data science to improve patient access, adherence, and outcomes.
  • High Visibility : Work directly with executive leadership and top-tier biopharma clients.
  • Career Growth : Shape the future of data science at a fast-scaling health tech company.
  • Collaborative Environment : Join a passionate, inclusive team of healthcare and technology innovators.
  • Strong Compensation : Competitive salary, performance bonuses, equity opportunities, and full benefits.
