Reliability, trustworthiness, and consistency in attendance are essential. You must be able to work cooperatively, multitask efficiently, and remain professional in a fast-paced environment. Your Impact as a Student Nurse Aide In this role, you will: * Provide personal care to residents (e.g., grooming, bathing, peri care, dressing) under supervision and within the scope of your training. * Change bed linens and maintain appropriate grooming supplies in resident rooms. * Assist with ambulation and transfers, using proper body mechanics and assistive devices. * Routinely reposition residents and monitor skin integrity. * Support nursing staff by completing non-nursing tasks such as making beds, passing water/ice, answering call lights, and organizing supplies. * Assist with range of motion exercises and engage in reality orientation with residents. * Identify and report any condition that requires management attention. What Makes You a Great Fit We’re seeking someone who: * Has written proof of completion of 16-hour ADL training from an authorized school/instructor. * Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Shows excellent self-discipline, patience, and a passion for serving others. * Can follow safety policies and procedures. * Has basic computer literacy and can follow documentation protocols. * Respects and adheres to the Patient Bill of Rights and Employee Responsibilities.
