Position Details:

Job Title: Systems Analyst 4

Duration: 12 Months + possible extension

Location: Rosemead, CA – 91770 | Hybrid (on-site Wednesdays & Thursdays)

Job Responsibilities:

Documentation & Standards Development

• Create, revise, and maintain comprehensive documentation for security, operations, and workflows.
• Establish document control protocols, including versioning, formatting, and distribution.
• Ensure documentation complies with organizational standards and integrates with internal knowledgebase systems.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to capture technical and procedural knowledge in clear, structured formats.

Process Review & Optimization

• Review existing standards and processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Conduct gap analyses and recommend actionable solutions.
• Implement approved process changes and monitor effectiveness.
• Maintain training materials to align with updated procedures.

Metrics Development & Reporting

• Design and refine performance metrics to measure compliance, efficiency, and process effectiveness.
• Collaborate with data owners to ensure accurate reporting.
• Develop dashboards and reports to present metric trends and outcomes to leadership.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Corporate Security, Engineering, and Project Management teams to align documentation and process standards.
• Provide progress updates, audit results, and recommendations to leadership.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors when documentation impacts external deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Strong background in process development and documentation

Preferred Skills

• Experience enhancing and maintaining process documentation and standard
