In 1990 Mr. Narayan Prasad Taparia arrived from "Sandwa" a small village in Rajasthan and began working his trade of providing natural stone like Marble , Granite and imported marble on a wide variety of residential and restoration projects from Rajsamand to different part of country like Delhi, Haryana, Kishangarh, Chandigarh, Bengaluru , Pune, Assam …etc Suraj marble in 1990 to begin serving an extensive apprenticeship in all facets of stone construction and fabrication. Suraj Marble began in 1990 by Mr. Narayan Prasad Taparia who felt there was a need for a reliable source for good quality stone in India. Mr. Taparia traveled extensively throughout India and Abroad forging relationships with quality quarries who to this day remain valued partners and friends.

Since 1999 Suraj Marble has worked closely with their clients, helping to build the company to where it is today. In 2018 Mr. Rahul Taparia as a next generation joined the company and continues Suraj Marble legacy of honesty, reliability and supply of quality products.
