Job Description

HIRING NOW – 11 Customer Service Representatives

Location: Exeter, NH (Onsite)

Pay: $21–22/hr

Start Date: November 11th

Type: Temp-to-Perm

Schedule

  • Shifts: 8:00–4:30, 8:30–5:00, or 9:30–6:00
  • Overtime available, but not required

What You’ll Do

  • Field 50+ calls daily from members & providers regarding healthcare/benefit plans
  • Resolve benefit questions with professionalism and accuracy
  • Research claims, educate callers on solutions, and serve as a trusted resource
  • Deliver high-quality service while maintaining productivity standards

What We’re Looking For

  • Must have: Either call center/high-volume customer service experience OR a healthcare background (both is a huge plus!)
  • Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make inferences when all info isn’t available
  • Resilience and professionalism
  • Ability to handle feedback and continuously improve

Additional Details

  • Background check required
  • Spanish language skills are a plus!
